As well as structured daily exercise, fill your day with incidental movements and activities!

Give your sleep some love to benefit from all the good sh*t that happens when we have the right quality and quantity every night!
- MINDSET: Just be positive! 😃
Acknowledge the negative history, baggage and bullsh*t then develop a future-focused positive mindset!
