Here are some sample anti-goals that may sound familiar:
[X] FOOD: ‘I don’t want to stop all booze’ ‘I don’t want to give up bread and pasta’ ‘I can’t eat breakfast’ ‘I hate fruit’🍕
[X] MOVEMENT: ‘I don’t want to join a gym’ ‘I hate squats’ ‘I don’t want to exercise in the mornings’ ‘I can’t run’ gym🏋️♀️
[X] SLEEP: ‘I still want to socialise on weekends’ ‘I am not wearing ear plugs and sleep mask’ ‘ I don’t want to get up later’ 💤
[X] MINDSET: ‘I don’t want to feel like I am always on a diet’ ‘I don’t want to hate exercise’ ‘I don’t want to need to be motivated by a trainer’😬
