Here’s my 3 step formula that has helped many:
STEP 1. MEASURE your sleep.
Your REM, Deep, Active & Sleep Timings as a minimum
STEP 2. HACK your sleep (here’s some of my favourites)
Stimulants: Avoid exercise, foods, alcohol, drugs close to bed time that stimulate your body and impact sleep!
Wind Down: Use the 60 minutes before bed to wind down by reducing screens, relaxing, mediation, breathing, shower or anything that prepares your body for great sleep!
Hygiene: Ensure your sleep environment is cool, dark, quiet, ventilated and free from interruptions if you can!
Timings: Try to establish set go-to-bed & wake-up times, 7 days a week to train your sleep rhythm
STEP 3. TRIAL a hack for 14 days and remeasure your sleep scores
