[X] Cortisol: Our get-up-and-go hormone is made by the adrenal glands and helps us manage stress!
[X] Melatonin: This sleep hormone helps us get to sleep and keep us there!
[X] Growth Hormone: Helps our aging bodies build muscle whilst we sleep!
[X] Testosterone: The T-dog male sex hormone regulates the fat distribution, muscle mass, and red blood cell production and gives the old fella a helping hand in the sexy libido dance!
